Dipak Mistry

Co-Founder & Partner

Dipak Mistry completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering in 2016. He began his professional career in the industrial automation field as a Service Engineer, gaining valuable hands-on experience in automation systems, troubleshooting, commissioning, and customer support.

In 2019, Dipak and Vinod Padhar came together to establish HEZ Automation. Dipak specializes in the development, design, and implementation of electrical and automation systems. His strong background in core electrical engineering and industrial automation enables him to develop practical and reliable solutions tailored to customer requirements.

Vinod Padhar

Co-Founder & Partner

Vinod Padhar brings more than 15 years of experience in the electrical and electronics industry. His expertise is particularly strong in industrial electronics, VFDs, servo drives, troubleshooting, and repair solutions.

Along with his electronics expertise, Vinod Padhar has extensive hands-on experience in electrical panel building, installation, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting. His practical field knowledge allows HEZ Automation to provide complete technical support, from electrical and electronic solutions to successful installation and commissioning at the customer's site.

Electrical Control Panels

Control panels are the foundation of safe and reliable automation. HEZ Automation designs and manufactures PLC control panels, machine control panels, MCC panels, PCC panels, VFD panels, servo control panels, electrical distribution panels, automation panels, and control and instrumentation panels. Our panel work considers cable sizing, breaker selection, terminal grouping, earthing, ventilation, protection coordination, component accessibility, ferruling, wire numbering, and future expansion.

A clean panel reduces downtime because maintenance teams can trace faults quickly. It also supports safe isolation, better heat management, and easier commissioning when motors, sensors, drives, and PLC IO are validated at site.

PLC and HMI Automation

PLC and HMI systems convert mechanical movement into predictable machine behavior. HEZ Automation develops control logic for automatic mode, manual mode, alarm handling, interlocks, permissive checks, counters, analog scaling, drive commands, recipe settings, and machine reset routines. Servo and VFD Control

Good drive engineering includes parameter documentation, braking review, cable routing, electrical noise control, analog or fieldbus communication, torque limits, and speed recipes that match the production requirement.
